High-quality HDR images for interior and exterior. All images include window pulls, fireplace replacements, and blue sky.

Dusk Photographs – $100 - $320

Dusk photos capture your property in the warm, glowing light of sunset — creating dramatic, eye-catching images that stand out and attract more attention.

Aerial Photography – $30 - $165

Showcase the property from a unique vantage point.

I serve all of Northern Colorado and parts of Wyoming. Here is a list of cities around Fort Collins I am willing to travel to. I am also happy to travel throughout Colorado for special projects.

Photoshoots within a 20-mile radius of Fort Collins will not incur any travel fees.

FAQs

What is the turnaround time?

The turnaround time for all photography and 3D tour assets is 24 hours. Premium services such as video may require extra time for editing.

How much does real estate photography cost in Fort Collins?

The HDR photo packages start at $130 for 10 images.

Do I need to be on-site for the shoot?

You do not need to be present during the shoot. I will communicate with you prior to the appointment to make sure I have everything I need to access the property and learn about any special requests, if necessary.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime up to 5:00 pm the day before the shoot without a fee. There is a $50 cancellation fee any cancellations after that time.

Do you provide real estate photography outside of Fort Collins?

Yes, I serve Northern Colorado which includes Greeley, Loveland, Windsor, Timnath, Wellington, and Fort Collins. I am also willing to travel to other parts of the state for special projects.

What other services do you provide?

I am a full-service real estate photographer and videographer offering photography, aerial photography and videography, 3D Matterport tours, and floor plans. If you dno’t see something you need, just ask!
